Answers to Your Questions About Using Dollar Tree Blanks
Q: I can’t find the same thing you found. What can I do?
I feel your pain! I also struggle with this — someone has a cute craft, I go to my Dollar Tree to find the materials and items, and they are nowhere to be found! What I’ve observed is that items come in and out of stock often, so even if it’s not there on Monday, but may be there later in the week. Don’t give up hope that you can find it! And remember, you can often just order from DollarTree.com and get it delivered, too!
Q: Can I find these items at another dollar store?
Most likely, yes, but perhaps not these exact items. Also keep in mind that many big box and craft stores, such as WalMart, Target, Michaels, and Joann, have sections with inexpensive items you can use for balnks, too!
Q: Can I sell items with blanks from Dollar Tree?
I’ve seen it done, yes! It all depends on how much creative effort you put into “upscaling” your project and your price point. The blanks are just the starting point, the raw materials — if you make a wonderful craft, it doesn’t really matter where your basic ingredients came from.
